Role permissions should be extended in SDv2
Currently we see limited set of role permissions on SD v2. We need to have list of permissions like on SD. Screenshots attached.

SDv2: User Ticket Creation Devices List
On the service desk v2, when a user goes to submit a ticket, he can see all devices in Xcitium. Is there a way to filter this list, remove it, or change the field type to text without the dropdown menu?

Ability to create fully public Knowledge Base articles
Service Desk V2 Currently, even if article is public it is available only for logged in user. Add one more article type to see it on helpdesk even if user is not logged in

The customer would like to sync their 365 directory to the service Desk ticket system so that he can create tickets and assign them to users.

Request White Labeling CNAME
Would like to be able to present this as my companies tool vs using your us.comodo.com domain. First Comodo as a brand and entity was turned off in 2020 when you transitioned to Xcitium, but if I am offering Xcitium ZeroDwell (through a white label experience). I will get questions on who is Comodo, I thought you were partnered with Xcitium. I would like to be able to add my own sub-domain under my companies domain. Like support.cyberstrategyinstitute.com vs cyberstrategyinstitute.us-comodo.com

SAML SSO for Service Desk
Almost every application I work with supports SSO (Single Sign-On) with SAML. This is the missing feature from Service Desk to complete the package since I don't want all my employees to be required to set a password just for this application when everything else support SAML with either Okta, Google, or Entra (Azure AD).
