Hi Guys: One thing I would really like to see is the ability to transfer larger files via file transfer, it is not uncommon that I need to transfer different files to a client that are about 200MB, which in this day an age, it is not that large. Thanks. -- Dan

Please add native powershell support for creating scripts/procedures/custom monitors. Since endpoint manager mainly supports windows devices, all I use python for is running PowerShell commands anyway so having this feature native would reduce the complexity of needing to learn and troubleshoot python code.

On the service desk v2, when a user goes to submit a ticket, he can see all devices in Xcitium. Is there a way to filter this list, remove it, or change the field type to text without the dropdown menu?

Service Desk V2 Currently, even if article is public it is available only for logged in user. Add one more article type to see it on helpdesk even if user is not logged in
