I would like to add to what Nathan said, and also include how many service desk tickets were opened during the reporting period, the ticket subject, and the status. If there are tickets still open from the previous reporting period, those should be included as well.

What I would like to see is a report showing per client:
The number of devices under management (and their type - mobile, workstation or server)
Operating systems in use
Devices with outstanding alerts
Patch Management status
