we can't get the every network consuming processes since there is not a powershell or batch command or python library to calculate the top consuming network processes. The team have made a script to show the top 10 cpu and ram consuming processes. here is the script link:

If I'm understanding you correctly your after a script to be run as part of the remediation routine that will collect the information you mention at the time of this happening so you actually know what was going on??
