This document contains notes about the ITarian Platform release for 15 November 2023.
The release schedule will be as follows:
Platform
- US Region - Release will start on Wednesday 15th November 2023 at 1AM EDT
- EU Region - Release will start on Wednesday 15th November 2023 at 6AM BST
Agents
- All Regions - Release will start on Wednesday 15th November 2023 at 1AM EDT
The release is expected to take 30 minutes to deploy, during that time the platform will be under maintenance mode, where you may observe minor glitches. If you observe any issues, please feel free to share with us.

- ITA-510 – Removed the Network Assessment Tool from the Tools area as it is now depreciated.
DEVICE MANAGEMENT (RMM)

- ITA-130 – Linux Bash added to Remote Tools [BETA].
- ITA-390 – Script to perform MacOS cleanups added to library.
- ITA-642 – Script to remove Teams personal from Windows added to library.
- ITA-644 – Script to set MS Edge as default browser on Windows added to library.
- ITA-645 – Script to set Chrome as default browser on Windows added to library.
- ITA-607 – Script to set Windows shutdown and power settings added to library.
Improvements
- ITA-400 – Added additional sources for Vulnerability scanner.
MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT (MDM)
Bug-Fixes
- ITA-609 – Resolved issue with Apple APN which stopped new devices being registered [Released 02/11/2023].
- Pre-defined script to re-enroll MacOS MDM devices with latest APN.

- Nothing for this release.

- Nothing for this release.
Miscellaneous
- ITA-631 – Odd billing issue with certain license combinations where charges were correct, but invoice was wrong resolved.
